EOR Spain
Employer of Record: the talent is employed locally by an accredited operator, with contract, payroll and social obligations handled in Spain. Getul scopes the set-up, checks Beckham eligibility and coordinates the operator.
Framework: Getul Consulting S.L. acts as adviser, scoping and coordinating. Under EOR and umbrella employment, the employment contract is signed by the accredited operator or the umbrella company, never by Getul.
- A company that wants to employ an expert in Spain without setting up there
- A talent relocating to Spain who wants a local contract
- A group testing a presence in Spain before creating an entity
- Scoping: profile, duration, budget, actual place of work
- Beckham regime eligibility check
- Selection and coordination of the accredited Employer of Record operator
- Monthly contract follow-up, one point of contact
Three steps.
Profile, duration, budget, actual place of work. Beckham eligibility checked. Free.
Getul identifies and coordinates the operator suited to the file.
Contract signed, the talent starts. Getul follows the contract throughout the engagement.
- Scoping and set-up: €900 excl. VAT, one-off.
- Optional follow-up: €190 excl. VAT per month and per talent, for the duration of the contract.
- Employer of Record operator fees billed by the operator, typically €300 to €600 per month depending on the operator and the contract. Getul takes no margin on these fees.
For a talent relocating to Spain without having been a tax resident there in the last five years: a flat 24% up to €600,000 of income, for six years. Subject to eligibility and actual relocation to Spain.
Getul scopes the need and coordinates the accredited operator; the employment contract is signed by that operator. The Beckham regime requires the talent to actually relocate to Spain and to meet the tax conditions in force.
