What is the difference between EOR and umbrella employment?
EOR serves a company that wants to employ an expert in Spain without a local entity. Umbrella employment serves a freelancer who wants employee status: the umbrella company employs them, invoices the client and pays them a salary.
What is the Beckham regime?
